Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support on real estate matters across APAC, covering both operational issues and strategic projects.
• Draft, review and negotiate leases and related documents for retail stores, offices, distribution centres and data centres.
• Advise on landlord and facilities matters, including asset management, operational disputes and maintenance issues.
• Support and, where appropriate, lead complex cross-border real estate transactions and negotiations.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders across APAC toensure consistent, commercially focused advice across the region.
