Responsibilities:
Deliver legal support for day‑to‑day commercial operations, including corporate and cross‑border matters across multiple jurisdictionsDraft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and related documentationProvide support on strategic business initiatives from a legal perspectiveWork closely with internal teams in a fast‑paced, evolving environment to anticipate and manage legal risk Minimum Qualifications:
