Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for providing legal advice, guidance and support to business units and stakeholders on all legal matters relating to the Transactional and Development Finance business in Asia (which is comprised of the Project and Export Finance (“PEF”) team and the Structured and Export Finance (“SEF”) team).
Strategy:
Accountability on all Transactional Legal matters in Asia. Maintain close relationships with stakeholders including the PEF and SEF Business Heads to provide them with relevant legal advice, guidance and support.Promote a culture and practice of compliance with legal standards (including conducting business within legal and regulatory requirements, with high ethical standards).Develop thought leadership capability.Lead through example and build an appropriate culture and values.Identify horizon risks and develop strategies to mitigate such risks...
