Currently, we're hiring Legal Consultants – Energy, Oil & Gas to join us with:
Ideally 4+ years’ experience within the energy, oil & gas space, gained either within private practice or in house The responsibilities for this role will include:
Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to help internal stakeholders meet company goalsProviding practical legal advice / commercially tailored support on a wide spectrum of energy / oil & gas related mattersDrafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a variety of agreements in relation to bids and tenders, new market entries, project financing, EPC contracts and other operational issuesEnsuring compliance to the regulatory framework, while maintaining and updating documentation on regulatory requirementsManage and resolve complex joint-venture obligations in the company’s interest to mitigate potential claims a...
