Position Overview
We are currently seeking mid-senior employment lawyers to join us and work with our Fortune 500 clients.
Responsibilities
- Providing legal support to APAC HR functions and advising on employment related legal matters.
- Provide subject matter legal advice on employment law matters, including but not limited to employee relations, workplace policies, terminations, and compliance with labor laws.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, severance agreements, and other employment-related documents.
- Assist in the resolution of employment disputes, including handling grievances, mediations, and representing the company in employment-related litigation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law, preferably from corporates/financial institutions or law firms.
- Excellent communication skills.
