Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Providing legal support to APAC HR functions and advising on employment related legal mattersProvide subject matter legal advice on employment law matters, including but not limited to, employee relations, workplace policies, terminations, and compliance with labor laws.Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, severance agreements, and other employment-related documents.Assist in the resolution of employment disputes, including handling grievances, mediations, and representing the company in employment-related litigation. Minimum Qualifications:
