Position Overview
Responsibilities - Draft and review legal documents, including commercial agreements, legal notices, memorandums, Wills, and powers of attorney
- Conduct consultations with clients to provide personalized legal advice and recommendations
- Stay updated on changes to laws, regulations, and rulings that may affect clients
- Conduct legal correspondence and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing concerns and providing ongoing support to minimize risks and liabilities
Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Consultant within a firm or in‑house in the UAE
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing various legal documents such as commercial agreements and legal notices
- Experience handling Wills and powers of attorney
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
