Compliance Framework: Develop, implement and maintain the company's internal compliance manual in accordance with the Law on Insurance Business and relevant Decrees.
Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic and ad-hoc reports relating to legal and compliance matters to the Ministry of Finance (MOF), the Insurance Supervisory Authority (ISA), and other relevant regulators.
Contract Review: Review and provide legal advice on service agreements with insurance companies and brokerage service agreements with clients.
Data Privacy: Act as the focal point for Decree 13/PDPD compliance, managing Personal Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and internal data handling protocols.
Internal Advisory: Provide legal updates and guidance to Sales, IT, HR and ACC departments to mitigate operational risks.
