Legal Collector

Salary: £24,785 + monthly bonus of up to £500
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Sheffield (Hybrid after successful completion of probation)

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit Legal Collections Handlers to join their expanding team based just north of Sheffield City Centre. The role will involve managing pre-legal debt recovery cases, negotiating payment arrangements with customers, and progressing suitable accounts through the legal recovery process. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy problem-solving, and are confident dealing with customers over the telephone, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
