JOB DETAILS

1) Drafting & preparing tenders, correspondence, notices and responses.
2) Review ongoing cases and advice management accordingly.

3) Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management

especially on contract management.

4) Litigation / Arbitration management

5) Review and draft contracts, agreements and ensure that they are in

compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.

6) Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage

external lawyers.

7) Filing lawsuits in the court for the company

8) Studying lawsuits filed by an individual or other business and find

appropriate methods to save and ensure minimum loss to the company

9) Documenting and keeping all the legal documents securely
