Key Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters in local courts, including Lower Courts and High Court.

• Possess sound knowledge of Civil Procedure Code (CPC) and Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC).

• Demonstrate familiarity with corporate laws and their associated regulations.

• Draft various petitions and legal documents, with strong analytical capabilities.

• Review and frame legal documents with precision and attention to detail.

• Manage full legal proceedings of plaintiff/defense cases from initiation to conclusion.
