Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and Off-Plan Addendums.
Development Management Agreements.
Facility Management Agreements.
Manage the end-to-end legal process for property acquisitions and disposals.
Provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice to internal stakeholders on real estate matters.
Liaise with the Dubai & Abu Dhabi Municipalities, the Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities (DPM), and other relevant government authorities.
Due Diligence and Compliance
