2.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

2.1.Possess a Bachelor of Laws
(LL.B) degree from a recognised university and has been called to the Bar as an
Advocate and Solicitor in Malaysia;
2.2.Possess extensive legal
practice experience for at least fifteen years; and
2.3 Goal-oriented, highly motivated, proactive, and diligent in execution,
with a keen interest and profound experience in the field of law.

3.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1.To serve as the primary
adviser on legal affairs concerning the University to the University Board
of Governors (BOG) and any other University authorities.
