About the Role:
Reporting to the Principal Legal Adviser, the Legal Adviser supports the Dispute Resolution Division by providing high-quality legal and operational assistance. The role undertakes legal research, prepares advice and Tribunal documentation, and assists in managing disputes, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting effective, timely dispute resolution outcomes.
What we are looking for:
* Conduct legal research and analysis on dispute resolution and domestic building matters, contributing clear advice to support case strategy.
* Draft legal documents, including memoranda, advice and Tribunal materials, and assist in managing active disputes.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to new practices, procedures and strategic projects.
* Collaborate effectively within the team, contributing to organisational priorities and broader division initiatives.
