Position Overview
Job Summary:
Performs a variety of law-related tasks under the direction of the organization's attorneys. Conducts legal research, drafts legal documents and performs other related duties. Has or is working towards a paralegal designation. Developing professional role with working knowledge in own discipline. Solves a range of routine problems. Demonstrates some proficiency with concepts and processes. Analyses possible solutions using standard procedures. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction from more senior level roles.
Accountabilities:
+ Within specified parameters, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, as directed by management and/or the LBPs.
+ Gathers and disseminates data, retrieves documents, performs statistical research, prepares written analyses, drafts initial redline responses and or contracts and other necessary tasks, as assigned.
