This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and legal support to lawyers, managing complex documentation, coordinating litigation activities, and ensuring deadlines and court procedures are handled efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Draft correspondence and legal documents with clarity and accuracy
- Manage administrative functions including file opening/closing, calendar management, and scheduling
- Format and edit complex documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Coordinate examinations for discovery, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial dates
- Handle high-volume workload and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
