Greenberg Gross LLP is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to attorneys and legal team members. This role is ideal for someone with prior law firm experience who excels at keeping people, calendars, communications, and projects organized.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal team members.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and calls, and coordinate travel and logistics.
- Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal team members.
- Professionally manage correspondence, calls, and follow-up communications.
- Support attorneys and team leadership by helping track priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
