East Asia School of Theology is a legal division of Cru Asia Limited. We seek to develop Christ-centred servant leaders for the Great Commission, transforming Asia and beyond.

• Teach biblical studies and theological studies courses in consultation with the Dean of Academics for each academic year including for all extension and block classes scheduled.
• Prepare and develop teaching syllabi one semester in advance for approval by the Dean of Academics.
• Prepare and assess students' academic progress through assignments, tests and examinations including all related administrative responsibilities.
• Mentor student groups to provide guidance and pastoral care.
• Participate in all meetings, programs and activities scheduled by the school.
• Responsible for continued professional self-development plan in consultation with the school leadership.
