To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria** 1. Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline, for example education, psychology, health or social sciences.
2. A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, PgCert in Academic Practice, or equivalent).
3. Significant experience of designing or coordinating personal tutoring programmes.
4. Experience of acting as a designated safeguarding lead, safeguarding officer or equivalent.
5. Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records of student engagement, support interventions, safeguarding concerns and follow-up actions, in line with institutional policies and data protection requirements.
6. Ability to interpret student engagement and outcomes data, identify patterns of risk, and coordinate appropriate interventions.
