Not only will s/he have both the knowledge and working experience, s/he must also possess a passion for working with youths, nurturing and moulding their characters. There will be opportunities to develop curriculum, introduce new courses as well as be involved in consultancy and other applied research projects. Administrative work related to teaching and School/Institutional strategic initiatives will also be an important part of the job. The successful candidates will be expected to be resourceful and innovative with initiative and good communication skills.
