In this role, you will deliver effective literacy and numeracy teaching while supporting learners to achieve success and transition into further education or employment. You will foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment, with a strong emphasis on engaging neurodiverse learners and those with disabilities, including mental health needs. You will work closely with students both in and beyond the classroom, providing tailored academic and pastoral support, while also contributing to the development of inclusive teaching practices among staff. Through this work, you will enhance learner engagement, retention, and achievement, helping students build confidence and reconnect with their educational journey.
This position is offered on a permanent, 30-hour per week basis.
