CORE PURPOSE OF JOB

To support the delivery and continuous improvement of scalable digital literacy and digital capability programmes across the University. The incumbent will contribute to teaching, assessment, and coordination within large-scale modules, using technology-enabled approaches to enhance student learning and success.

The role includes participation in a coherent, institution-wide digital capability pipeline supporting student access, success, and progression, including contributions to programmes such as the Higher Certificate in IT: User Support Services.
