The Leave of Absence Consultant supports the People Solutions Specialized Services team and serves as the primary point of contact for employees navigating Leaves of Absence (LOA). This role is responsible for end to end leave case management while also contributing to operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives. The consultant ensures a consistent, compliant, and positive employee experience by partnering closely with leave administration vendors and internal stakeholders. Administer leave of absence cases (including FMLA and other statutory leaves) in partnership with third party leave administration vendors, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
