Job Title: Leave and Accommodations Consultant
Job Description
The Leave and Accommodations Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for employees navigating leaves of absence and workplace accommodations. This role manages end-to-end leave and accommodation cases, ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and delivers a consistent, positive employee experience. The consultant partners closely with third-party leave vendors, internal HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams, and contributes to process and operational improvements across the leave and accommodations function.
Responsibilities
+ Administer end-to-end leave of absence cases, including FMLA and other statutory leaves, in partnership with third-party leave administration vendors.
