Both a hunter and farmer role in the sense of sourcing for new tenants and managing tenants on their request related to facilities & services, includes issuance of letters, memos, tenancy agreements, reviewing of agreements, complaints, monitor monthly rental payment via debtor aging and all other requests from time to time including formal and informal meetings.
