Position Overview
Job Description - Collaborate with the General Manager and the Leasing team in strategizing, planning and executing the malls leasing trade mix plans
- Ensure occupancy, revenue and other financial KPIs of the mall are always optimized.
- Formulate leasing strategies and planning trade/tenant mix and ensure its effective implementation.
- Coordinate the departments activities to ensure consistency and compliance of Leasings policies and procedures.
- Handle lease negotiations, renewals and administration scope
- Source new concepts and prospects which are relevant to the malls positioning
- Negotiate and monitor terms of lease
- Conduct, understand and share periodic retail market trends
- Carry out feasibility or reconfiguration analysis to enhance the financial standing of the mall
