Leasing Manager

Our client is currently hiring for the position of Leasing Manager

Responsibilities:

. Identify, evaluate, and secure leased properties for Labour camps / workforce accommodation.

. Manage lease renewals, re-negotiations, expansions, exits, and consolidations

• Coordinate with Legal and Finance on lease structuring, commercial terms, and risk

exposure.

. Oversee end-to-end management of labour camps and staff accommodation .

. Manage authority inspections and resolve non-compliance notices.

. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE property, labour accommodation, and safety

regulations

. Ensure accurate billing, service charge validation, and dispute resolution.

. Prepare and manage annual property and accommodation budget.

. Support business units in identifying new locations, expansions, or relocations.
