Role Overview As a Sales Client Manager you will manage residential property sales transactions across the secondary and off‑plan markets. This role focuses on buyer and seller relationship management, deal negotiation, and guiding clients through the full sales journey from enquiry to completion.
Key Responsibilities - Manage end‑to‑end residential sales transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers.
- Source and manage property listings.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Negotiate offers, terms and contracts.
- Coordinate with developers, conveyancers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records via the AI‑powered CRM.
- Stay up to date with Dubai property market trends and pricing.
