We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Leasing Associate with Section 8 housing experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing affordable housing units, ensuring compliance with HUD and Section 8 program requirements, and supporting residents through the application and move-in process. This role plays a vital part in maintaining occupancy levels, building strong resident relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
