Leasing Agent We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team at a Tax Credit/LIHTC property. The ideal candidate will have experience in affordable housing and a strong understanding of LIHTC regulations. This role involves leasing apartments, maintaining occupancy, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local housing regulations.
