We are looking for experienced Rental Agents to join our leasing team, with a preference for agents who are DAMAC-specialized. This is a commission-only role, ideal for driven agents who want access to strong landlord sources, DAMAC-managed inventory, and full backend support.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing units, listing properties, and servicing tenants end-to-end, from inquiry to Ejari.
• Source rental units and onboard landlords.
• List properties on portals and internal systems.
• Handle tenant inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and closings.
• Work closely with DAMAC Property Managed units and leasing inventory.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the leasing process.
