We're looking for an experienced and proactive Leasehold Manager to join a busy Housing Service on an interim basis. This is a key role focused on managing the council's leasehold and shared ownership portfolio - ensuring statutory compliance, financial accuracy, and excellent customer service to residents.

You'll take ownership of service charge management, lease compliance, and Section 20 consultation processes, while leading on the resolution of complex leasehold queries and disputes.
