We’re working with specialist SEN schools across Swindon who are looking for compassionate, steady and proactive Learning Support Assistants to join their teams.

These settings support pupils with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH and complex learning needs, along with supporting the class teacher in general delivery of the class work. The work is hands-on, sometimes challenging, always meaningful.

You won’t just be “extra support” in the room. You’ll be the calm voice, the safe space, the person who helps a pupil regulate, refocus and access their learning.

Due to the time of the year, this can also be for September start.
