This school are looking for a learning support assistant who will go above and beyond and foster a love for learning.

This role will involve aiding the class teacher in planning and delivering interactive learning resources, setting up a creative learning environment and supporting students with one-to-one provisions targeting their unique learning needs.

The successful candidate will also contribute to individualising pupils learning plans and recording progress as well as supporting the classroom teacher in managing classroom behaviour.
