Our client in Stellenbosch is looking to appoint a Learning Solutions Architect.  You will spend time in Ops, support desks, regional offices and often on the road. If you'd rather observe a tech doing a fibre install than run a workshop about it, keep reading. A fast-paced pioneering L&D role for someone who enjoys being close to the work. Rather than designing from a desk, you'll be in the environment alongside the teams who keep the business running - in Ops, on support desks, in regional offices, and out in the field. You will learn how the work really happens and translate that into learning that makes a practical difference on the ground.
