Position Overview
Supports the Director of Human Resources in implementing employee communication tools, promoting core values, and coordinating engagement activities.Oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of the hotel's training programs, ensuring alignment with departmental needs and brand standards.Mentor departmental trainers, monitors training effectiveness, and drives a strong learning culture across the hotel.Actively contributes to the development of training materials and supports continuous improvement through Hyattrack, Hyattrain, and Global Curriculum initiatives.Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar managerial role at an international branded hotel.
Fluency in spoken and written English required.
