This position in addition to training duties will manage and support all functional and technical aspects of the Blackboard Ultra environment.
Provide support to its users via workshops, documentation, video tutorials, service requests and consultations.
Work with educational departments on campus for user buy-in and support.
Work with individual faculty to set courses up in Blackboard Ultra from a functional standpoint.
Enhance the Blackboard Ultra environment through the investigation and deployment of new technologies in collaboration with Information Technology technical support.
Manage educational technology implementation projects like Banner and LMS platforms.
Provide teaching sessions in Blackboard LMS.
Provide functional and academic support for the current Learning Management System (Blackboard Ultra Learn).
