Job Description
Provides Success Factors/Workday Learning Management System (LMS) support by assigning compliance and regulatory mandatory courses for global and other audiences. Manages LMS completions and corrections of courses for clients. Responsible for scheduling LMS course offerings, setting up assignment profiles, creating e-learning content, and reporting set up. Troubleshoots the LMS system, as needed for course errors.
Partners with HR and other LMS administrators to create, redesign or automate existing custom reports using advanced Excel reporting skills. Fulfills various ad-hoc reporting requests.
Designs and maintains multiple Talent Development SharePoint sites (EMPower, Talent Development, Performance Management) and digital file management.
Creates surveys using MS Forms and analyzes results using tools like MS Excel and Power BI.
