Position Overview
As a Learning Experience Specialist, you are responsible for developing and producing high-quality learning assets that enable our customers and partners to successfully adopt and use their Achievers platform. This role is highly hands-on and execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on video production, multimedia content development, and e-learning build.
How you'll shape Professional Services at Achievers:
Produce engaging learning experiences across live, on-demand, and blended formats aligned to defined learning objectives.Create short-form and long-form training videos including screen capture, voice-over narration, and editing.Develop e-learning modules using modern authoring tools.Apply accessibility and inclusive design best practices.Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers and SMEs to produce polished learning materials.Execute rapid, iterative development workflows....
