Position Overview
**Overview**
The Learning Experience Designer (LXD) designs, develops, and delivers high-quality learning solutions that support employee performance, regulatory compliance, and organizational priorities. This role combines instructional design, LMS administration, and facilitation to create engaging, accessible, and audit-ready learning experiences across the Bank. This role is required to work in the Westborough Operations Center a minimum of 3 days per week.

**Instructional Design & Content Development:**
+ Design and develop eLearning, microlearning, instructor-led, and blended learning programs using established instructional design methodologies
+ Create high-quality learning assets, including facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, assessments, and evaluation tools
+ Develop interactive, learner-centered content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate, and Camtasia
