**Learning Excellence Specialist**

**Summary**
Kelly Services is hiring a temporary Learning Excellence Specialist is responsible for assessing the skills, performance, productivity, and development of employees at a designated CDMO site. In this temporary assignment, you will partner with Corporate Learning, Site Leadership, and Quality teams to ensure that all learning, training, and development initiatives are strategically aligned with company policies, business goals, and compliance with GMP requirements.

**Pay Rate:** $29.50/hour
**Location** : Rockville MD
**Shift** : Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5 pm – Onsite

**Key Responsibilities and Duties:**

+ Consult with Site Management and Subject Matter Experts to define learning objectives and assign appropriate training curriculum and course content.
+ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using metrics, feedback, and performance data; propose improvements for continuous learning.
