Role Description/Criteria

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly skilled Learning Diversity & Inclusion Leader (POL3) to join St Catherine of Siena School as part of our leadership cycle (2026 to 2028) with the intention that they commence this as soon as possible Term 3 (2026). St Catherine of Siena School acknowledges that each student is a unique individual. Many students have additional needs that require attention on the journey along the learning continuum. The Learning Diversity & Inclusion Program compliments the pastoral care and curriculum offered at the school to enable each student to experience success and growth in their learning. For some students curriculum programs may be altered to create a positive learning environment to meet individual needs.
