The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Specialist to support the design, development, and delivery of high ‑ quality learning solutions that strengthen Walbridge ’ s business strategy, culture, and talent pipeline. This role blends content creation, program support, facilitation, and LMS administration while partnering closely with subject matter experts and business leaders to translate knowledge into practical, engaging learning experiences.

Location

This position is full-time, onsite in Detroit, Michigan; your parking will be paid for. Open to occasional travel to project sites
