Position Summary: The Customer Facing L&D Specialist and Coffee Ambassador at Nespresso UAE is primarily responsible for driving learning and development initiatives to build strong coffee expertise across the organization. This role focuses on designing, delivering, and continuously enhancing training programs that elevate employee knowledge, capability, and engagement in line with Nespresso’s premium brand standards.

In addition, the role acts as a local coffee ambassador, supporting the positioning of Nespresso as a leader in coffee expertise both internally and externally. By collaborating closely with HR, HQ coffee communities, and cross‑functional teams, the role ensures the effective execution of coffee education strategies while contributing to brand storytelling and market presence.
