Principle responsibilities:
• L & D Manager will be responsible for the planning, design, development, implement coordination and delivery of learning programs in support of company strategies and individual Professional Development, through a variety of delivery methods including eLearning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate, facilitate and deliver training programs and group discussions on various topics such as frontline leadership, leadership development, change management, and performance management
• Design, deliver and evaluate instructor led training and development solutions to enhance leadership, managerial and professional staff effectiveness
• Prepare communications and announcements for learning programs
