We’re looking for a Learning & Development Lead to shape and strengthen enterprise learning across Powerco. In this role, you’ll design and govern practical, role-based learning systems that build capability aligned to strategic priorities, regulatory obligations and operational needs. You’ll help embed learning into day‑to‑day work so it delivers measurable improvements in performance, safety and leadership effectiveness.
