Learning & Development Coordinator
We are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team in our Auckland office.
About the role
The People & Culture team supports the firm across our people framework to ensure everyone can thrive. You will provide day‑to‑day L&D and talent operations support, delivering timely, professional and efficient assistance to the team.
In this role, you will:
- Provide end‑to‑end L&D coordination and administrative support across the firm, including managing queries and supporting key initiatives.
- Coordinate internal and external training, including logistics, materials, LMS administration and post‑training follow‑up.
- Act as a super user for P&C systems (including LMS), maintaining accurate data, reporting on learning metrics and supporting continuous improvement.
