As a Senior Learning Designer (Learning Tech & AI), you will lead the end-to-end design and build of training programmes in the field of physical asset management across ILT, VILT, blended and e Learning modalities. You will set the learning design standard, provide coaching and quality review for less senior learning designers and content editors, and ensure delivery that drives measurable performance outcomes.

You will apply Pragma’s course development process (ASCPI) and own delivery against scope, timelines and quality standards.
