About the role
As a Learning Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our learning programs run smoothly and effectively. This role is offered on a part time basis (0.8 of FTE) (open to full-time depending on successful candidate)
You will:
- Coordinate training schedules, programs, and resources across the organisation
- Support the administration, and optimisation of learning systems and platforms, including accurate data entry and record management
- Maintain training data and generate reports to monitor participation, compliance, and program effectiveness, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure learning is aligned, accessible, and well-supported
- Provide responsive support to staff and leaders navigating learning pathways
