This is a builder's role. You will take ownership of our onboarding experience, design structured career paths, launch the finera. Academy, and manage our full training operations including government-funded programs. You'll work cross-functionally with managers, department heads, and the CHRO to embed a genuine culture of continuous learning at every level of the organization.

• At least 5 years of dedicated L&D experience, with hands‑on ownership of training programs, onboarding, or career development initiatives.
